Our Mommy & Me class is a joyful introduction to dance designed for little ones and their parent or caregiver to enjoy together. Through music, creative movement, rhythm, simple dance concepts, and playful activities, children will develop coordination, balance, listening skills, and confidence while creating special memories with the grown-up they love.
Baby ballet is an introductory class for young dancers. Students will be introduced to the basics of ballet, stretching, and simple dance technique. Students will build coordination by learning skills like skipping, jumping, and counting music in a fun and engaging way. Each class is playful and creative, featuring fun dance games. Students will work on a dance for the recital at the end of the semester in their class.
In Ballet 1, students begin following the structure of a traditional ballet class in a fun and encouraging environment. Dancers will continue building ballet technique, coordination, musicality, and classroom discipline while still enjoying games and creative activities throughout class. In this class, students will also learn and rehearse a dance for the end-of-semester recital.
In Ballet 2, students continue progressing in ballet technique while learning more challenging steps and combinations. Dancers are encouraged to grow in confidence, independence, and retention as they are asked to remember and execute material with less assistance. Students will also learn and rehearse their recital choreography during class.
This class is the perfect introduction to lyrical and contemporary dance for young dancers. Students will learn to express emotion through movement while building a strong technical foundation rooted in ballet. Classes focus on musicality, artistry, flexibility, strength, balance, and fluid movement in a fun, encouraging environment.
Ballet 3 is a technique-focused class designed for dancers who are ready for a bit more serious training. This class emphasizes strengthening ballet fundamentals, refining technique, and spending focused time mastering skills while continuing to learn more advanced movements. Students in ballet 3 will learn and rehearse a dance for the recital in class.
This is a great introductory class, designed for teens who are new to ballet or returning after a long time away. This class provides a welcoming and encouraging environment to build a strong foundation in ballet and get to participate in our end of semester recital. Dancers will learn proper alignment, posture, terminology, coordination, flexibility, strength, and musicality while developing confidence and grace.
Beginning Teen Lyrical is designed for teens who are new to lyrical dance and want to try it out! This class helps dancers develop coordination, flexibility, strength, and artistry.
Students are challenged to pursue excellence through disciplined training in a supportive and encouraging environment. This class is ideal for dancers seeking to really dive into their technical development and prepare for more advanced/professional opportunities. Pointe Class is included.
This class is designed for adults who are new to ballet or returning after time away. It's a welcoming and encouraging environment focused on improving strength, flexibility, and balance while moving to worship music. It's a great way to try out ballet and stay active! There is no previous experience required.
